The Nosh Show Episode 41 : Halloween Candy Draft

Hello Nosh Show Listeners! I have returned from my brief hiatus, big thanks to Nick for filling in while I was off dealing with my daily life (being crazy Dubba is so much easier then being the real me). But anyway, let's get this rolling because we've got candy voting to do!

That's it, I give up trying to review this next flavor. Every time I buy it, my daughter makes it disappear before I can get an official taste test on it. Oh, I've sampled it several times since summer started, and it's even been in sundaes, but I never remember to take notes. I've now bought this at least four times now and it disappears every time. Pretty sure this is my daughter's #2 flavor (cookies & cream being #1 ofcourse). Why did I "waste" my time trying an old flavor? Well, we've covered the ice cream sandwich version, and then we covered the mini champs version, so I thought it was about time we took a look at the actual ice cream.

[By Nick, New/Limited for 2014] ‎After half a year of waiting for it to be produced, a searched that spanned several months, a couple of area code and numerous counties, I have finally got my hands on the collaboration between two of my favorite companies: Turkey Hill and Peanut Butter & Co. Oh how I have dreamed of this day. I mean the internet has been a buzz with this flavor and I've been going into grocery store after grocery store only to find Mango occupying the limited edition all-natural flavor spot. I was seriously have Ben & Jerry's Pina Colada flashback (which I still see on occasion) At long last though, the glorious combination of bananas and peanut butter is mine! I can't wait anymore, let's get into this!

Gifford's Maine Lobster Tracks Ice Cream

I headed over to Roche Bros at lunch to use up my last Gifford's replacement coupon before it expires at the end of the month. I decided to be very regional with my food choices. I grabbed a "Pilgrim Sandwich" (turkey, stuffing, and cranberry mayo on rye), Nantucket Nectars Grapeade (love this stuff!), and then I got to one very barren freezer display. There were literally four Gifford's choices before me, two that I've tried, one involving banana, and then this fellow:
