[New for 2024] Many of you know these two things about me: One, I adore ice cream sandwiches, and two, I have a real problem with letting things temper long enough. I'm just too impatient when I'm hungry.... so impatient that I already ate one of these sandwiches when the free samples from Klimon arrived. I didn't let it temper enough the first time, and I have a better understanding of Klimon after reviewing the pints, so let's wait a few minutes before trying this one again.

[New for 2020] So, umm, yeah, I'm trying to post two times a week but it's getting pretty hard. I think this is the last new thing I have in my fridge. I swear that I am trying to keep it interesting but it's just so hard. Losing my lunchtime access to an extended set of grocery stores (plus the ability to buy nut based flavors) has definitely taken a big hit on my coverage of 2020. I'm not super complaining, there are a thousand problems worse than not having new ice cream to review, just don't think that I've lost the urge to try new things.

Hey, can I post a review that's not really a review? Really, I can? Awesome, 'cause I keep trying to string some thoughts together on Cado but I just can't seem to do it. I'm too lazy to find the picture right now, but I think I first spied Cado at Wegman's two or three years ago. At the end of 2017, they unveiled their current packaging. For 2019, they added four new flavors: salted caramel, java chip, cherry amaretto, and vanilla bean.
