Kellogg's Froot Loops Ice Cream

[New for Early 2025] Yes, I gave in and tried another cereal flavor. I didn't have super high hopes, but I thought maybe things would turn out differently this time.... Nope. Instead, this confirmed my feelings about the cereal inspired line up and this will probably be the last of the cereal flavors that I review (though I did just see a video saying that the apple jacks flavor was the best of the bunch, which I can see making sense. anyway...).

Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Ice Cream

[New for Early 2025] So I mentioned on the Rice Krispies Treat review that I had opened both (faux) pints and decided that I needed to try RKT first. Well, we saw how that went. Now it's a few hours later (literally, not figuratively) and I need to try this one to see if I made the right choice.

Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats Ice Cream

[New for 2025] There are a bunch of Kellogg's pints coming at us, but to be sensible, I only brought two home. I opened both Frosted Flakes and this one, but after doing a quick sniff test, I decided that this one needed scooping first. Let's dive in to....

Kellogg's Ice Cream

[New for Early 2025] I stumbled on @eat_yums instagram post about coming across *5* cereal inspired ice creams at Safeway! Oh, I see The Impulsive Buy has reported them at Shaw's as well! I love ice cream for breakfast and I love mixing ice cream and cereal, so these are right up my alley. I hope they are good!

Cold Stone Creamery Lucky Charms Shake

[New for 2021] I just wanted to take a moment to say this Lucky Charms shake is absolutely delicious. It tasted just like I wanted it to taste and I can't help but want another (dozen). Yes, it's that good.

My only mild comment is that the shake seemed a little thinner than the last few I've had, but I get that not every shake is the same.  Oh, and there weren't any marshmallow or cereal bits that distracted from the amazing flavor of this one. I know the description says that, but I didn't see any sign of them (not that I'm broken up about it). Anyway, go try this!

Post Frosted S'mores Bites Shredded Wheat Cereal and The Nosh Show Episode 107

Hello Nosh Show Listeners! No ice cream today, but we are going to try out a new segment for Episode 107. You see, we're each going to try something live instead of doing our usual Nosh or Nots. For our first crack at this, I'm going to combine two of my favorite non ice cream things, cereal (in particular mini wheats) and graham (in particular s'mores).

Rainbow Sherbet Ice Cream Pebbles

Hello Nosh Show Listeners! I am back in all my crazy Dubba glory, did ya miss me? Thanks to Nick for filling in for me while I was down at the shore, but it's time to get back to business. Now I wasn't really sure what I was going to post along with this episode, but as I listened to it on the way in to work, it hit me. I need to talk about my disdain for the new Rainbow Sherbet Fruity Pebbles.

Yes, these new Pebbles taste like Sherbet, but in the worst possible way. I love good sherbet, but this is not good sherbet. You know that generic sherbet wonk that every cheap sherbet has? Yeah, that's what this tastes like. It's strong, it's fake, and I couldn't even get through a bowl of it. I will try them in a breakfast sundae in the near future, I just havent had a chance to yet.

On Episode 60 we also talk about our new shared love Oreo thins. That's right, Oreo thins are excellent and three out of four Nosh Show hosts agree that Golden is the best of the bunch (who is the 1 out of 4? You'll have to listen to find out). We also quickly cover the potent new Key Lime Pie Oreos and then delve in to the 2015 entries in the Lay's Do Us A Flavor contest.

As always, I hope you enjoy the show. Have a good week everyone!
