[New for Early 2026] We headed out to Hannaford last night and what do we find but a fun little mix of new Ben & Jerry's (and Little Debbie) stuff. I am currently starved, so let's unwrap a.....
Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Bar
cheesecake ice cream with strawberry swirls, dipped in a white chocolatey coating with graham cracker pieces
branded (but generic) wrapper
little smaller than expected
(yes, I should have noticed the box said 2.5 fluid ounces per bar)
I take my first few bites and I'm digging the cheesecake vibe. Between that and the white chocolate shell, I'm digging the change from a traditional chocolate covered bar.
That's not to say that there's not a strawberry factor here. There's a nice balance between the cheese flavoring and the strawberry flavoring, and then you've got Ben & Jerry's quality tying it all together.
Yeah, I'm going to need another one. I went in way too hungry for me to eat it slowly. Let me see what my wife thought of the one she had.... yup, she thought it was good as well, but also agreed that they are a little small at just 200 calories a piece (factor in that a serving from B&J''s is usually over 300 calories).
So yeah, these are tasty and I look forward to devouring the other two.
