Blue Bunny Caramello Ice Cream Candy Bar

["official" for 2014, short lived] Now technically Nick found this product last May, but it wasn't on the 2013 press release and I didn't see it until early 2014. Well, it's on the new products press release for 2014 and Wells was nice enough to send over a free package for testing.

Blue Bunny Cadbury English Toffee Ice Cream Bars

[By Nick, New for 2013] I’ve already spoke about my love for the Heath Klondike bar so I was more than excited to try out the Cadbury English Toffee bars that Wells sent me and see how they stack up. I really enjoyed the original Cadbury bars Blue Bunny put out last year so I’m hoping to continue that trend.

Described as “Creamy Blue Bunny reduced fat toffee flavored ice cream dipped in thick, rich Cadbury milk chocolaty coating and toffee pieces” this one sounds very enticing to me. Companies really need to use toffee a lot more. If I see toffee in the name of a product, the chances of me picking it up increase by 50%.

Blue Bunny Cadbury Royal Dark Ice Cream Bar Review

[New for 2013, discontinued] Last year, Blue Bunny released 4 Cadbury ice cream bars that went over very well here at On Second Scoop. They are a well made treat that is somewhat smaller but much healthier than any magnum bar you might come across. They've got two new flavors this year, and Blue Bunny was nice enough to send me the Royal Dark version (Nick will be reviewing the English Toffee Bars later).

Here is a box of 8 Cadbury Royal Dark ice cream bars, each clocking in at 2oz a piece. These bars are vanilla ice cream dipped in Cadbury Royal Dark Chocolaty coating. I do love dark chocolate!

Blue Bunny Cadbury Chocolate Almond Bar Review

[By Nick - New for 2012] Is it me or does it feel like Blue Bunny’s product line is multiplying like, well, bunnies? Last year they cranked out 21 new products. Some companies don’t even offer 21 different products total. Not content with that flood of products into the market, this year Blue Bunny is at it again releasing 27 more products. From a guy who loves variety, this is beyond awesome.

The new product line that really caught my eye was the partnership with Cadbury. I know I’m not alone when I say one of my favorite things about Easter is those little Cadbury creme eggs. So you’re saying now I can enjoy them year round and in ice cream form? Sign me up right away.

Dubba already touched on the Double Chocolate variety so I’m going to delve into the Chocolate Almond Bars. Despite the name, these bars are actually comprised of vanilla ice cream. The chocolate almond part of this bar comes from the shell it is enrobed in. Blue Bunny describes them as “Creamy Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream dipped in thick, rich Cadbury milk chocolate coating with almond pieces.” That’s pretty straight forward if you ask me.

Blue Bunny Cadbury Double Chocolate Bars

[New for 2012, discontinued] Hey, just because I'm rockin' my son's cold and my wife's fever and muscle aches doesn't mean I don't have time to stop and enjoy a nice ice cream bar... or two.... and then maybe one for breakfast the next day. Yeah, that's right, these little guys are good. Hey, I told you Blue Bunny knows how to rock the freezer treats and these Cadbury bars prove it yet again.

There are 4 varieties of the new Cadbury Blue Bunny Bars,  each coming in boxes of 8 bars, each being a 2 fluid ounce serving. Being a chocoholic, I couldn't help but grab DOUBLE CHOCOLATE. It's creamy Blue Bunny reduced fat chocolate ice cream dipped in thick, rich Cadbury milk chocolaty coating.
