Edy's Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cups Ice Cream

[New for 2016] We are about half way through summer now right? Between official seasons and school years and however crazy hot it is, I have no idea if that's a safe thing to say, but I'm going with it. At this point, I am basically just meandering around the freezer aisle waiting for something to go on sale and catch my eye. This was only a little on sale at Target ($4.09), but it'll do since their stock of Drumsticks was wiped out. I've tried most of the Edy's candy flavors now so how will this one compare?

Nestle Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups Frozen Dairy Dessert Bars Review

Late 2018 Note: Box discontinued but maybe available as a single serve?
[New for 2016] As a lover of Butterfingers but not so much Butterfinger peanut butter cups, I was still pretty excited when I first spied the box containing today's review.

Kroger Deluxe Jammed Peanut Butter Candy Crunch

[By Nick] Let's have a throwback Thursday review from back when I was down in Georgia. ‎Kroger has a line of frozen dairy desserts (fdd) called "Jammed". It's funny how each company has some ridiculous name for their fdds. Anyway, their peanut butter candy crunch flavor caught my eye. I mean, there's butterfingers involved for crying out loud. There's no way I could not try that even if it was a fdd.

Nestle Butterfinger Dipped Drumsticks

[New for end of 2014] A couple of you have asked for drumstick reviews so I apologize for taking so long. I've gotten in the habit of not bringing drumsticks home anymore because of nuts (and nut cross-contamination), so I've been waiting to snag them from the Target near work. Now for the butterfinger variety, you can buy the 8 pack that also includes a chocolate and fudge filled versions, but since it's just me eating these, I picked up the four pack of...

Edy's ( Dreyer's ) Butterfinger Fun Flavor
A Frozen Dairy Dessert Review

Alright everyone, this is an example of a flavor that doesn't exactly inspire me to blog. It's not terrible, and it does have one odd feature I need to talk about, but I had this six days ago and am now just getting around to it. Ofcourse, if I only talked about the flavors I liked (with my overly picky standards), this blog would get pretty boring!

Ok, here it is, a "single serving" of Edy's Butterfinger Fun Flavor. As you know, Fun Flavors are the "fun" way of saying Frozen Dairy Dessert. I've had the now retired Edy's LOADED Butterfinger, I've had Edy's Butterfinger MAXX, and now it's time for "Vanilla flavor with NESTLE BUTTERFINGER candy pieces and a peanut butter swirl". Oh man, I love how it just says "vanilla flavor" rather than "vanilla ice cream" (I know it's not ice cream, that's my point!)

Edy's / Dreyer's Butterfinger MAXX Ice Cream Review

[discontinued after 2013]

"live" blogging  = doing some typing while I'm eating (instead of all at the end)

I just made myself walk the 3/4 of a mile to the gas station to see what they had for Edy's ( Dreyer's ) MAXX flavors. I was in no mood for mint, wary of the drumstick, and just not ready for peanut butter chunk. I grabbed the Butterfinger MAXX, handed over my $2.99, and headed back to the office.
