JC's Mint Chocolate Cookie Pie Pop

It has been a year since we mentioned JC's Pie Pops and a saddening three years since I first sampled their four original flavors. I was so very impressed by those pops when I had them and unfortunately I had to deal with the fact that it wasn't something I could easily pick up at the grocery store. Well a lot has changed over the years. Pie Pops are more readily available, there are more flavors, there is the variety without crumbs, and there is even the truffle version you can find in your grocer's candy section.

Guess what? This is our 900th review post! Not just 900 posts, but 900 review posts! Now considering the fact that just 4 or 5 posts are re-reviews, and then factoring in that dozens of posts (like fights) cover multiple products means that we've covered well over 900 unique frozen products on this blog! That also means we're just a stone's throw away from hitting a 1000! Not every review is a huge dissertation, but sometimes a half decent or so-so treat only deserves a couple of pics and a few choice words. Who knows what the next review will be, but at least you can count on the fact that it won't be a repeat!

To celebrate our achievement, I've got a TRIPLE review for you guys. I was blown away by my first JC pie pop experience and so I couldn't wait to tear into their other three flavors. So, without further ado, it's time to get hungry.

[this flavor was discontinued at some point] The JC Pie Pops company is fairly young, it makes just one product, it comes in four flavors, and it's fantastic. Sorry, you needed to know that as soon as possible. You know those chocolate eclair ice cream bars you've had in the past, the ones that are decent but you kind of always wished there was a premium version that could truly satisfy you? Well, your wishes have come true!
