Well, it's another new year. I'm currently trying to purge the freezer to get ready for it, but in the meantime, let's take a gander at what's hitting social media. First up is the "new" ice cream bars from Ben & Jerry's, I say it with quotes because I'm guessing a lot of us remember the old bars. Also, these feel like pint slices on a stick, but whatever, I'm sure they are taste.

Next up is news of Kinder and Nutella pints and cones coming to the U.S. via Wells (the Blue Bunny people). Technically, these were announced way back on October 8th and then they debuted at the NACS Show a short time later. Outside the US, the world has had Kinder inspired stuff since 2022, and Nutella ice cream debuted in 2024.

Turkey Hill has posted a new Entenmann's soft baked chocolate chip cookies inspired flavor on their website. It's a shame that it's not real ice cream since Turkey Hill used to make the best mainstream cookie dough ice cream a long time ago.

Oh geez, @candyhunting just posted two new drumstick: cake pop and fudgy brownie batter. I'm sure fudgy is is fun, but not swapping out the chocolate lining on the cake pop version seems like a missed opportunity.

[Scroll some more] @mnmtwinz just posted the limited edition Dr. Seuss Van Leeuwen lineup. Hats Off Sundae Swirl, Double Trouble Berry Thing, and Swirly Whirly Blue Thing. All three seem like they should be fun, but unfortunately they are Kroger exclusives (so in theory Harris Teeter and other Kroger owned chains should have them too). [Wait, did I miss the "Grinchmas Peppermint" flavor back in November? Doh!]

[I should probably stop scrolling....] @snackgator just posted new mini Snickers ice cream bars in four flavors!! Regular (milk chocolate), Almond, Salted Caramel, and Crunchy Peanut Butter. Oh man. I would eat the whole box.
Him and the twins also mention Bluey and Hello Kitty Popsicles are coming soon too. Yeah, I never eat these things.
[scrolling....] Talenti is teasing new stuff, not sure what it is yet.
Ok, that's probably enough news for one day. What do you think?
Sorry, one more just brought up by @markie_devo, it's the new little debbie's ice cream sandwiches. No press release yet, but Parade does have a photo.

Wait, Markie has a shot of the new Breyer's Sundae Swirls lineup too. It's not ice cream unfortunately, but maybe it's still fun. We get Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, Chocolate Lava Cake, Strawberry Pound Cake, and Salted Caramel Truffle.

At least the packaging is fun, and check this out. The Magnum Ice Cream Company? Is this a new change?
