Why yes, those are giant chunks of cookies you see.
(I will not be complaining about giant chunks of cookies)
I only took a very small sample on my first try (because reasons).
It's got the same quality you always get from them, but I'm not sure how I feel about the salted thing.
On the one hand, I get it. Things do pop more. On the other hand, it's got decent cookie flavoring, but I want more. I think I'd rather see more of a battle between the salt factor and the cookie factor than I am getting at the moment.
Proper full serving tomorrow.
On Second Scoop: I think I can quantify this a little better now. For whatever reason, this ice cream makes me think of caramel. It's just the way it comes together. It kind of makes me wish it actually had caramel in it. It's a tasty ice cream for sure, and I dig the texture of their ice cream, but yeah, this makes me want caramel. I can definitely see why people like this one though.
Verdict? good, but I want caramel
