[New for 2026] I almost forgot that I had more new ice cream bars to try, but then the other day I was dying for a chocolate fix, so I bought the pint and bar version of....

Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Bars
chocolate ice cream with fudge brownies, dipped in a chocolatey coating with chocolate cookie pieces

Looking tasty!

(not the greatest shot, but you get the idea)
Disclaimer: I'm not worried about this bar being bad, I'm just curious how good it will be.
Time for my triple chocolate fix... wait, technically this is a quadruple chocolate fix... mmmm, good times ahead!
I take a bite and I like it.
I take a few more bites and notice that the brownies can be a bit chewy, but I guess that makes sense because the brownies can be chewy in the pint version too.
Honestly, when I was eating the pint version, I had kind of forgotten how chewy Greystone Bakery brownies can be in Ben & Jerry's ice cream. It's not all of them mind you, just sometimes.... wait, fact check me here. Have B&J's brownie chunks gotten smaller in size over time? The more I think about it, the more I remember them being bigger and more consistently chewy.
Anyway, the bar is good of course. It's a lot of chocolate and there's nothing wrong with that. Also, to be clear, there isn't a dark chocolate vibe here, it's just regular chocolate.
I don't know if it necessarily amuses me as much as the uniqueness of the caramel blondie bar, but it's a solid offering. No complaints. Give them a try if you haven't already.
On Second Scoop: I didn't really notice chewy brownies this time.... Maybe I should eat another... but it's easier to steal a few bites from the pint rather than unwrap a whole bar.... ok, maybe tomorrow.
Verdict? Chocolate fix!
Buy Again? Probably!
