Culinary Circle Midnight Mint Ice Cream Dessert

It's been a fun ride, and now we're down to the last two flavors!

Behold Culinary Circle Midnight Mint Ice Cream Dessert - layered mint flavored ice cream and vanilla flavored mousse; topped with fudge sauce and sprinkled with dark chocolate flavored mints. Sounds tasty if you are in the mood for mint...

...unfortunately I made the mistake of eating this when I wasn't in the mood for mint. It's the same great quality I've found in all the other desserts, but I just didn't get into like I have the other ones. I mean, I was really hungry, and dinner was just too far away, but first I couldn't get the bottom cover off. Then, the camera wouldn't focus. Part of my brain was telling me the sauce to ice cream ratio was just a little off, but the other part said I was just being too picky. It's a fine treat, it really is, I just wasn't in the mood, sorry!

On Second Scoop: It's 5 months later and I was doing a little cleaning when I spied this in the back of the freezer. I decided to open it and see how badly freezer burned it was ...but it wasn't! Just a very mild coating of ice crystals on the mint ice cream, but other than that, this has held up amazingly well in an auto-defrosting freezer. Being the fearless (foolish) tester I am, I dug in and ate about half of it and was take back by how well this has held up. You really do get your money's worth!
