FatBoy Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Cones

[New for 2018] There's news coming out about the 2021 ice cream season, but since I haven't seen it in person yet, let's dive in to another free sample from the folks behind FatBoy ice cream.

FatBoy Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Cones

(blue paper wrapper)

Maybe not the most amazing visuals, but think about the possibilities here.

Chocolate overload? Yes, yes, and yes. There are technically six chocolate factors clocking in here and I mean... I think that lives up to the larger than life persona that FatBoy tries to generate. They're not going classic here, they're trying to jam every possible chocolate factor in that they can... and why would I argue with that?

Does it work? I would certainly say yes. If you need a blast of chocolate, this cone is ready to hook you up. You don't pick this up when you want a mild or soothing treat. You pick this up when you need a pick me up. Maybe it doesn't dial in brownie in particular, but whatever.

Crunchy cone. Lots of chocolate. Yeah, I had fun with this one.

On Second Scoop: Any time I needed a chocolate fix, I'd just grab one of these.

Verdict?  chocolatey!
Buy Again?  sure!

  1. If you did a poll of everyone's favorite ice cream novelty, I wonder which would come in first place.

  2. iunno, it's a big wide world with a lot of different tastes :)

(I used to do polls but haven't done one in ages, maybe I'll bring it back)

  3. Oh man, these are good. Remembered your review while I was looking for something anyone else would call "too chocolaty." Price isn't too bad and you feel full enough it's worth the 300 calories if you're watching that kind of thing. You can skip a meal and feel full with it once in a while.

  4. These are disgusting. Possibly the worst Ice cream treat I’ve ever had. The cone was like wet construction paper or worn leather
