I haven't been able to regularly buy the very tasty Promised Land Dairy Strawberry milk since Hannaford (and several other places?) stopped carrying it. I can get it from Stop & Shop or Wegman's (or maybe not?), but that's too much effort most of the time. I tried replacing with TruMoo strawberry milk but that stuff is awful. I thought all hope was lost until I was at Market Basket and found...

Maola Strawberry Milk
This stuff is good! It's not as thick as Promised Land, but that's because they seem to use less food science to thicken it up. Technically PLD uses strawberry concentrate while Maola uses "natural flavor", but Maola does say that the natural flavor is derived from real strawberries. I think the Maola nutrition facts are better too (less added sugar, less added sodium, less fat).
I only bought one quart the first time I found it, but made sure to buy two the second time. Has anyone else discovered this? It's definitely an east coast thing as they are headquartered in Virginia.
Side note: An instagram commenter did mention that their is an orange cream flavor that's good as well. I tried digging and found this announcement saying that they have 1% milk for schools in the limited flavors of orange cream, vanilla cream, and cookies & cream. I wish we had those kinds of fun flavors back in the day!
