Ben & Jerry’s Honey Graham Latte Ice Cream

[New for Spring 2026] No, coffee ice cream is not my thing, but when you put honey graham in the name, I couldn't help but grab a pint of....

Ben & Jerry’s Honey Graham Latte Ice Cream
caramel coffee ice cream with honey graham cracker swirls & crunchy cinnamon swirls

I do like when there's a bit of bits and bops everywhere

I take my first few bites and it's not bad. It's not a straight up coffee flavor, but I'm also not really picking up the caramel or honey vibes either

If I had to quantify this flavor in one line, I'd say that it reminds me of a really dry graham cracker (so not a honey made graham cracker, more of one of the fancier/healthier graham crackers). I think it's the dryness of a coffee vibe mixing with the dryness of a graham vibe. Wait, that probably just sounds like me repeating the flavor description, but hopefully you know what I mean....  maybe the cinnamon (which I cant really taste) is also adding to the dryness.

I happy plug along for my full serving. A bite with a ton of swirl can be fun, but I also get a kick out of the melting edges (it is in the 80s today after all). This is different enough and also (coffee) mild enough that I can press on with ease.

My big takeaway is that this needs more sweetness. It's not a bad flavor, but as a fun sounding flavor, I want it be much stronger on the sweet side. I wonder if some caramel syrup or maybe putting this in to a blondie brownie sundae would round out what's going on here.

This will be enjoyed by some, but I think this could have had broader appeal.

On Second Scoop: I may not be the target audience, but I do appreciate this one to some degree still. That said, I would have enjoyed it more with double the graham cracker swirl. I wound up adding some caramel syrup to see if added sweetness would help. It did.

Verdict?  could have been a bit more exciting

  1. So I wasn't sure where to post this (maybe you need a place for nostalgia) but with all these new, pricey ice creams that just aren't so good, I was missing some and wondering if anyone remembers them: Edy's had a thin mint with chocolate mint base and crumbles of cookies; Edy's had orange sherbet with chocolate chips; friendly had a sundae line up including chocolate base with marshmallow and fudge sauce and mini m and ms, and then there was a brand (I think called the decadent" )and it had two versions. One vanilla vase with these long cylindrical pieces of chocolate and the same with a chocolate base. At the moment, I know down on breyers but it's my current. Reasonable price, often on sale and I like mint, chocolate, and the half chocolate half vanilla
