Holiday Stuff from Blue Bunny

Well, I give up... on trying to find new Blue Bunny products. Not literally mind you, just in general. I'll be happy to spot one but deep down I know it's very unlikely.... I guess the question is: does anyone out there miss my blue bunny reviews?

Since I can't find them, I have to resort to borrowing an image from their webpage. I'm sure the chocolate peppermint crunch mini swirls will be excellent, and I'm pretty sure the candy canes n' fudge load'd sundae will be fun, but what is up with the wonky size snickerdoodle sleigh ride container?   (note: SSR is the latest incarnation of Holi-doodle)

Is SSR coming from a different plant, or will we be seeing even smaller containers from Blue Bunny in 2020? Remember when they use to tout how they had 2 extra servings per container? (wow, had to go back to 2012 to find an example here). Sorry, it's just that I really came to respect Blue Bunny and now I can never find anything interesting from them. It's been quite the roller coaster with them over the last decade, that's for sure.

So, what's your current relationship with Blue Bunny? Do you see them? Do you like them? Do you purchase them? If you've had any of their new stuff, please leave a comment below.

  1. I really like the Blue Bunny Sundaes. They carry them at my local Target and Meijer stores. Usually you can find them on sale for $2 each, anymore than that and I don't think they're a good value.

  2. I emailed you a few weeks about the Chocolate Donut. Ended up picking it up and loving it.

We didn't get any holiday flavors in my area last year which is a shame because I love that snickerdoodle one.

  3. We still have them in the midwest, but are gradually being taken over by Walmart brand! We buy them because the containers hold up and the seasonal flavors are great!

  6. Honestly I don't miss Blue Bunny much. I have found the Wal mart Great Value ice cream to be really good surprisingly. I like their three new holiday flavors. The hot cocoa one with chocolate and caramel was a terrific taste for the price.

  7. There's enough nuts in there to gag a maggot. Not only that but the ice creme is overly processed. I doubt this comment gets published as they delete negative comments and only publish the positive ones.

  9. @Last Anon: Who is they? The blue bunny people? They have control of my website?? OH NO!!! PUT ON YOUR TINFOIL HAT AND RUN FOR THE HILLS! !! AHHHHH!!!!

Anyway, is your nut comment referring to the potential cross contamination that they list on their containers? If so, there are much more effective ways to state your point. Saying it will choke a tiny maggot doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

    Happy Holidays
