Topping of the Week: Cabot Whipped Cream


"real cream, real vanilla and real sugar"

This isn't just any preservative riddled whip cream, this is Cabot Premium Natural Whip Cream that "tastes like homemade". The ingredient list isn't perfect, we still suffer from mono and diglycerides, but it beats high fructose corn syrup mixed with BHT, TBHQ, and whatever else they can dig up in a lab. The sad part is that it made up about 5% of the 3 shelves dedicated to whip cream.

The verdict? It's really good. Granted, I just opened the container, but it's very fresh and tastes very light. I'm no expert, but it could be the fluffiest whip cream I've ever had. It goes down super easy and blended seamlessly with our ice cream.
