An excuse to eat ice cream that is! It was only 5:30 in the morning, and I was trying to rush in some food before the baby woke up, but I had a thought: How would HD Vanilla taste on some pancakes? Not bad actually! I liked the contrast of the cold ice cream to the hot pancake (Eggo of ofcourse), but I found myself mixing bigger and bigger scoops of ice cream with smaller and smaller chunks of pancake.
I don't know if another flavor would have been better since it is early, and early is often best served by simple, but its fun to play now and then.
