It seemed interesting, and the flavor sounded amazing since that's my favorite cake flavor. However, upon eating it, I was SO disappointed. the ice cream is just not good. The cake batter ice cream was really grainy in texture instead of creamy. The fudge swirl was okay, and did taste like frosting, but it was just too rich. The sprinkles pretty much ruined it for me because they were soggy and sponge textured which was disgusting. They should either switch sprinkles or leave them out entirely, and they definitely need to work on the ice cream mix they use because the texture was so bad. Unfortunately I'm not wasting money on that ice cream again. I'll still to B N J's which has a way better texture and mix ins. I'm sure the ice cream parlor is great for this brand, but their pints are just really bad, especially for the price point. They were chewy and tasteless and I felt like I was chewing on pieces of the container. The rest of the flavors we're good though. In general, the best thing to do is just flip the pint and check the date which should be like a year or more out from the current date. (it varies by brand ofcourse but B&J's is like 18 months I think).

that said, old stuff can be found on occasion. last year, the target by work put out a pair of expired pints of Haagen-Dazs artisan collection and they sat there for months afterwards.Dubba Scoopshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07135130511349727532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-384329692727378622.post-34614240515730279782018-04-09T18:56:34.709-04:002018-04-09T18:56:34.709-04:00Off topic, did Walmart release (or re-release) a n...Off topic, did Walmart release (or re-release) a new exclusive flavor?

I saw something Pecan Sticky Buns the other day and only today remembered that that was their exclusive flavor a couple years ago.

Can't possibly be random left over (found) stock, can it?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-384329692727378622.post-35332223349795620622018-04-09T06:53:18.778-04:002018-04-09T06:53:18.778-04:00I don't have those stores in my area of NJ, bu...I don't have those stores in my area of NJ, but I do hope to see them in a Shoprite at some pointDaniellenoreply@blogger.com
