My question for you is what type of formal training have you had for evaluating ice cream? You do realize that the people working for the companies you have reviewed spend thousands of dollars training their employees as to what products are industry termed &quot;good&quot; annually? When evaluating ice cream it is not important to determine what YOU like - it is important to determine if the ice cream delivers what it claims to.
